I took the attunement yesterday, being a Sunday.
It was a nice gentle warm experience.
Initially I felt a electrical like tingling sensation spread all over my body, very much like i used to feel while meditating before I took up Reiki.
Then the Heart Chakra started to warm up & slowly the warmth spread all over the body.
