FORGIVENESS SESSIONS
FORGIVENESS is the key to a complete healing. No healing is complete without a forgiveness session especially chronic disorders & sicknesses like Cancer (compulsory). Forgiveness must be accepted and also given. 'Let go, and let God' is the new foundation for a spiritual reality and the platform for self-forgiveness' and 'forgiveness' of those whom you consider injured you and the thanking of that person can completely release you from the quagmire of your old illusions of reality. With forgiveness you will start building a new tomorrow - NOW; TODAY.
Attitude of Gratitude:
I thank myself for being here.
I thank you Reiki for being here.
I thank you for being here.
Always start & end any Reiki session with the Attitude of Gratitude.
Declaration & Affirmation:
I declare now accepts Reiki and receives a complete & irreversible Reiki healing in mind, body, spirit and emotions.
I declare is healed.
Declaration & Affirmations enhance the session & make it meaningful in the truest sense.
Note: It is useful to remember that Reiki HEALS. Hence during the healing session you visualize your patient as perfectly healthy - NOT SICK. In Reiki always visualize the "end result" - the healing is accomplished. It is already a fact. You can ask forgiveness/ forgive any person in the past.

Method for Self-Forgiveness & Friend/Individual:
1. Say - "Reiki please help me breathe in "GOLDEN-PINK LIGHT ENERGY
" that represents God's unconditional love and forgiveness."
2. Take a deep breath and store it in your heart for a minute or two. This breath represents God's unconditional love and forgiveness - the Golden-Pink light energy.
3. Say - "I forgive myself." With this you accept self-forgiveness. Your heart is now filled with God's unconditional love and forgiveness. The act of forgiveness is a personal and emotional feeling and experience.
4. Visualize before you the person with whom you seek unconditional reconciliation. As the two pairs of eyes meet with love and compassion, release from your heart the golden-pink light energy directly into the heart of the person in front of you. This person responds with a smile.
5. Say - "My friend please forgive me. I need your forgiveness and love."
6. The person responds - "Of course my friend (says your name) I do forgive you unconditionally. Let us always cherish each other's friendship and Love."
7. Visualize both you and this friend in a hug and in total harmony.
8. Hold this picture firmly before you and say - " I ASK FOR THIS THING OR ITS EQUIVALENT OR BETTER, ACCORDING TO FREE WILL, HARMING NONE AND FOR THE GOOD OF ALL"
9. Mentally request Reiki to Bless your reunion and as you visualize both of you in a hug, draw and chant the symbols on this picture. The Kriya(Double CKR) symbol can be repeatedly used.
10. Say the attitude of gratitude again.

6. Draw and chant the symbols on the symbols on the disharmonious picture and ask Reiki to dissolve it or wipe it. You now have a before you a blank screen.
7. On the blank screen create a new picture of your choice seeing the concerned persons exhibiting love, affection, hugs, understanding, and compassion. Amity and sharing smiles with each other.
8. Hold this picture firmly before you and say - " I ASK FOR THIS THING OR ITS EQUIVALENT OR BETTER, ACCORDING TO FREE WILL, HARMING NONE AND FOR THE GOOD OF ALL"
9. Request Reiki to Bless the pleasant change. Draw and chant the symbols on the new picture. The Kriya(double CKR) symbol can be repeatedly used.
10. Say the attitude of gratitude again.

You might need to do it many times before you get a satisfactory result.
NOTE:
A Self-forgiveness session is a must before you have any forgiveness session.
For a simple self-forgiveness session in the step 4, 5,6,7 you will address any guilt issues which are bothering you and transform it as in the above sessions.

Who he heals is the Source and it is not the reiki.Reiki is a universal healing energy sent by the Source through us to the patient. we are only channelling this energy or we are channels.
Also we don't need to ask reiki "please ,heal" since it has no power in itself but the Source. We ask the Source for healing. Reiki remains a blind energy or nothing at all if it is not recognized by the Source who creates it and gives it as a wonderful healing energy gift in the universe.Some people believe that reiki is the Holy Spirit in christianism but for others none. if it is holy spirit any person attuned in reiki became as the Christ who channelling most powerful healing energy from the source but the attunees cannot do healing and fail in a lot of cases.I want to say that some points in steve contribution emanated from cultural and religious back ground and last to be discussed.

The post you are refering to is my own work. It is part of a book I am writing. I was only influenced by my teacher who attuned me to Reiki & taught to me most of the things I know today.
I have neither mentioned Holy spirit or Christ in my post.

The Source I asked him for help is the One who gives healing energies. He is the One who is complete and real Healer since I am only a Channel.
The SOURCE is who I asked for help and FORGIVENESS and for help to strengthen my weak healing energy channel .The Source is the One whose Existence is without a beginning. The One whose Existence is without an end. The One who controls the Dominion and gives dominion to whoever He willed. The One who brings everything from non-existence to existence. The One whose Existence remains. The One without a partner. The One who renders the living dead. The One attributed with a life that is unlike our life and is not that of a combination of soul, flesh or blood. The One who the count of things are known to him. The One who started the human being. That is, He created him. The One who brings back the creatures after death. The One with the complete Power. The One who loves His believing slaves and His believing slaves love Him. His love to His slaves is His Will to be merciful to them and praise them . He is the Light of the lights .The One who answers the one in need if he asks Him and rescues the yearner if he calls upon Him. The One that nothing is absent from Him. The One who protects whatever and whoever He willed to protect. The One who knows the truth of things. He One who forgives a lot. The One who Sees all things that are seen by His Eternal Seeing without a pupil or any other instrument. The One who Hears all things that are heard by His Eternal Hearing without an ear, instrument or organ. The Knowledgeable; The One nothing is absent from His knowledge. The One who witnessed for Himself that no one is God but Him. And He witnessed for His believers that they are truthful in their belief that no one is God but Him. The One who is pure and free from every imperfection. He who has the Godhood which is the power to create the entities.
These are few qualifications of the Source who I asked him always for help.
Some people call or name the Source : God. Others believes that Buddha or their guides, spirits, angels etc…are the Source . Others give other names to the Source. Others call the Source : Allah ,and they are right. Me, I call him Allah because, simply , I am Moslem. To me no problem to call him the Source or God or Allah. The important thing here is the “INTENTION”. I believe that according to how we believe and see the Source or God, our healing energy powers be.

Nobody disputes the existence of The Source on this forum including me. So this exercise was really futile.
I think only spiritually guided people join such forums. So they have a good idea about the Creator Source.
Languages & expressions can always be misinterpreted.
Reiki is an extension of The Source so no harm in asking Reiki for forgiveness, or request a heal.
Reiki is free from religious dogma. So its better not to mix it with religions. I think I have adhered to all Reiki principles while composing my text & method. I have not offended any religion in composing my post.

I am a Roman Catholic brought up in the wonderfully tolerant Hindu Culture of India. I am proud to be influenced by it. Let me remind you all Reiki priciples & methods are strongly inflenced by Indian & Tibetan practices since ancient times when most religions were non-existant.
Please pay more attention in future to the Theme of the Post & not any other irrelevant issues unless very important.

Simply, I wanted to share what I see in some important points displayed to the public in your good work that I respect very much.Simply ,it was my view points .I say they are viewpoints with no harm to any one.

Please do not mix religions with healings...
Every faithfull believer or at worst scenario fanatics of any dogma or religion will show that their god is the best the one and only,etc...
Everyone here have to respect each other and argue politly...Although Reiki and Healing Methods are the theme of this FORUM.

I do like what i see here. It is all left upto root of the source and we need to branch down to where this gift in all of us comes to. Why? When? How, and Why? Could be very hard to answer maybe impossible. It was left for us to discover and we found it eventually/but there is more to be undiscovered. God puts trials/test/other things on humans to discover, seek, learn, etc and leaves proof & evidence for some to notice/realise/see it is there and seek its purpose and follow that way to the source or completely be blind to it and follow their own desires and stories. I can say reiki (heal, etc) branches of religion (as all the prophets had miracles when god granted them the power) as it branches from god/higher source/spirit as some believe and other things are left for us to learn, discover, explore, tread, etc, and find our way to god/higher source/spirit. This is my understanding so i have left this impression for other people to understand me more.

Some walk away and forget
