does healer need to be healed?

Does healer need to be healed by other healers when necessary?
A question asked to me by a friend .he woundered how I do healing and some times I fall ill and need to be healed. I am not ashamed to say: yes or no. I am not a prophet or spirit and i am not the Source to be away of diseases and negativities. The Source can,for a reason or another, block to me canalizing healing to me or to my patient, and in the same time he allows another simple healer to do healing process successfully.
A good healer has to be courageous and be frank.He has to free his self from egoism and superiority.It is not bad thing for a healer to say "I tried doing healing and the Source complete it to success or if The Source does not will, the patient or the healer cannot be healed".Some healers are suffering in silence,from diseases and blockages and they find it not good thing to ask for help. "THE DISABILITY TO ASK FOR HELP" postpones the freeing process of his energy and wastes his time and meditation in vain.
It is  so wonderful to see in the forum healers ask for help.They are on the right way to explore more things and to receive more light from the Source. I (intentionnaly ) asked help for my brother and my wife because I want to liberate my self and to liberate some healers from blockages of shame ,superiority ...etc. Saying "I cannot heal some one " is a right way to be able to heal in the future through strenghthening our healing power after freeing it from such negativities.Some healers ask for help  in private messages because they are ,perhaps,fearfull of the truth and to be discoverd in the NET from the public especially if they do healing aiming collecting money from their patients and they are afraid to lost their fame ,honor  and wellknown.

Well said Dear Khalifa!
The more humble one is the better chance of getting healed , no matter even if one is a Healing channel of the highest order. Energy exchange is must. There always deep set blockages to be freed.

Absolutely right!
It is true and it happens everywhere...
I have noticed even dentists with awfull dentures because of this phenomenon....
By asking help underconsiusly we aknoledge that we are human beings and as human beings we can not be perfect.
I am glad that when I am asking help from you all I have it and you do the same!
It is a healthy give and take precedure that helps us for our development...

As a healer or channeler of energy, once should heal himself/herself first before he/she can heal others.  There is nothing wrong with asking help.  We should let go of the EGO and do what's right.  I joined other Reiki forums and people on there asked for help all the time.  I also asked for help to heal me emotionally and spiritually.  Sometimes, you need to be illed to learn certain lessons.  Reiki is not a cure for all.  Months ago, I heard some one was saying something like "Like was a healer, but could not heal himself, so  he died".  Well, when your number is up, you cannot fight it.  If GOD or whoever up there wants you to go, just go home with the divine source.  It actually very peaceful and loving on the other side.  Many Near Death Experienced people, who went there and came back said that they did not want to come back, but some had to come back to finish the lessons that they supposed to learn.
