Hello everyone 
  I have an amazing story which happened today in the morning at a vow ceremony of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki of  the faculty of Law jurists.
  A female friend from the past invited me there.
  I was a little late so there was no chair to sit.
  I was standing at the back of the largest schoolroom.
  In a minute a woman, who is the dean of the school, started to make a speach to gongratulate the students and welcome parents and friends...while she was reading her text suddently she started coughing and she had a serius difficulty of speech...
  I thought there must be a glass of water somewhere close to her...
  Some boys full of cheekiness, started laughing with this lady and telling bad things about her and the problem became more and more bad.
  I felt that is not fair for her.I understood that this speech problem caused by throat blockage which I have noticed many times at speakers who are talking to too many people and they are not used to...
  I thought to sent Reiki to her but I didn't have any permision but I thgought that in this case the only thing she wanted was to have the ability to finish her speech and continue the ceremony.
  She had great speech difficulty... Her face became red like cartoons.
  So I started to send Reiki to her throat chakra, in seconds her voice became clear and loud and she finished with a large smile on her face. 
  I heared these guys saying to each other : "Hey! what happened? Did she took any pills or something? Before, she could not say a single word...."
After I saw my friend receiving her Certificate I left the schoolroom with a pleasure smile printed on my face....It was great a experience and it was a kind of payment to me to have helped a person to overcome an unlucky moment.
And it was really fast....

I recollect the words of my teacher Mr. Martin Nazareth. During my Usui 2nd degree class I asked him, "Sir! will my allergies be completely cured. He answered, "My dear Stephen in the Reiki world miracles happen everyday."

In such difficult situation we don't neet to have permission mechanically from  a patient or a peson in health difficult as in your experience. The permission was done automaticaly and etherically between you and her higher self.the difficult situation in which the woman was, required a healing session .Even the woman refuses to accept it physically (by her voice says:no) the healing session runs well in spite of her because of the permission of her higher self who accept the healing session in the highest good of the patient.
I nearly every day do such healing session when walking in the road,in coffee, in offices and in any situation and places where I see a person or more ,in difficult and need healing.Without speaking to them ,even i don't know them before,I run the healing.Taking their permission or not,this doesn't change things as long as their higher self permitting the healing . I can confirm that about 95 per cent of such ill cases are healed successfully after only 5 mn.I prefer some times to see the patient wondering and speaking to his her friend how he/she became healthy suddenly. I smile, some times  friends of mine when accompagning me smile too to the scene occured, and we continue walking or drinking coffee.During the healing session I don't pay attention to healing process.I continue discussing with my friend in any subject.
There is a rule :more we maximize doing healing more we maximaze our healing power and more we give more we receive.Another thing , we don't need to be attuned in maximum reiki or non reiki healing modalities to be good healer.There are some healers have one modality and they are better in healing than other masters attuned and give attunements in a lot of modalities. For example 2 usui reiki masters differ from one anther in healing the same patient.One of them can succeed when the other not.This is because of inner healing power of the healer.One can unblock the blockages in the patient body when the other healer fail. The reiki healing power is of cause higher and stronger within this healer than the other healer.The many reiki and non reiki modalities a person attuned in are necessary to help him in exploration ,to found his own modalitiy or system and to developp his healing methods but they couln't make him  a very good healer.Exeptions of course to explorers ,seekers and to real healers  who have many modalities in order not to be accumulated but to be made as paths to discover the divine laws and to be closer to the Source.

We need more healers like you.

There is a rule :more we maximize doing healing more we maximize our healing power and more we give more we receive.Another thing , we don't need to be attuned in maximum Reiki or non Reiki healing modalities to be good healer.There are some healers have one modality and they are better in healing than other masters attuned and give attunements in a lot of modalities.

I agree to these views. I know many such masters.
I have not done a solo self healing session since 4 years, back in those days when I was attuned to Usui 1. All my Reiki session are group. I declare my body to be that of all the healees that I am sending healing.the more you heal at a time the better the flow. then I visualize the respective single individuals when i reach a particular Chakra or a particular spot. This way all healees get a full body Reiki.
Also when out & travelling one must always send reiki where you see the need. It gives immense joy to see something rectified.

It is best that you get the person's permission. Reiki energy will not be transferred unless the person is consciously or unconsciously willing. No one can be forced to receive Reiki against their will. It is an absolutely safe practice.
Many a times it is not possible to have verbal consent for healing as in John’s case.
