Hi,

Thank you once again for the attunement (kundalini level 2).  When I called down the attunement I wasn't expecting to experience anything probably because I didn't sense/feel anything on level 1.  However I immediately started to feel what felt like a pleasant coldness travel through my body.  It was very similar to the sensation that you feel when you relax fully in bed after a tough day but was far more intense.  I also felt very clean for want of a better word and at peace, which of course could be partly psychological but truly believe that this wasn't the case.  Regardless it was a lovely sensation.

I have found the first level of kundalini comes very naturally to me.  Although I enjoy using other forms of energy healing I feel better suited to this form of reiki and have been getting as much practise as I can both distant and hands on.

On my last visit I wanted to add my comments to other's post and by the time I'd finished forgot to add my feedback for my last attunement so apologies for my lateness.

In my previous feedback I'd mentioned the sensations I'd received during my attunement, this time it was very similar only I felt it in my gut, you know where that intuitive knowingness stems from.  The sensation has remained though I only feel it when my thoughts focus on it.

I'm currently reading a couple of books I've bought on kundalini reiki to learn and absorb all that I can on the subject because I not only feel so at home with this form but so that I can be the best channel that I can be.

Thank you for the kundalini booster 1 attunement.  This attunement went exactly as the last, the same sensation in my belly accompanied with a wonderful feeling of peace.  The only difference was my cat joined me which was nice and she was very well behaved didn't keep asking for attention.
