Kundalini Reiki 1 attunement

I felt a very strong flow of energy and my body light and swaying as if in a pool. I also felt some activity (can't really describe it in words) in the upper part of my spine throughout. I promptly woke up from the meditative state in 30 mins.

I have a mild headache, actually a heaviness in the head, that continues all day and am feeling a little spaced out.
