Thank you, for the Usui level 1 attunement!
I have always been sensitive to energy around me, especially my hands, so this was interesting, as I have never had distance treatment before.
My hands began tingling at the beginning. The more I paid attention, the stronger I sensed it. I also began feeling engergy moving in various parts of my body (ears, jaw, etc), all places I tend to "hold or store" energy.
Everything was very much what I expected until the end, when my hands began to feel like they were holding "pop rocks", a feeling I have never experienced before, (except with the pop rocks, of course). They felt as if parts inside my hands were actually popping (fast), something like tiny popcorn.
I actually felt sleepy when it finished, but I have been a little under the weather lately.
I am planning to use this daily, to help myself heal more quickly and to help others.
I know this was long, I just wanted to say thank you, for all you do to help others. You make a difference!!
