Hi,

Thank you so much for sending the kundalini level 1 attunement.  I can't say I really felt anything but I found it really easy to quiet my mind chatter, initially this usually takes a lot of will power to shut myself up but it was pretty much instant so don't know if this was something to do with the attunement or not.
