Hello All, I wants to share my Experience of Ayurveda PranaShakti Level 1 Attunement.

Today I Received My Attunement, when i was preparing myself for the attunement i feel heat on My Face, after Accepting the Attunement I Feel Pain @ my Crown Chakra with good amount of pressure. and warm sensation on my face and ears.

then i feel hardness in my back(spine) and Irritation in Ida, then feel the energy at back side of third eye & heart chakra & then Little vibration in Entire Body.

still i m feeling that energy.

One important thins i wanted to share that a day prior to my attunment i felt gentle energy surrounding to me and it was very soft sensation specifically in my palm chakra and third eye.

As per my experience and grace of THC masters i thing
once your master thinking to give you attunement (Shaktipat) the energy vertex of your master starts connecting to your consciousness and you starts to feel different sensations even though your attunment has not done.

I called down my attunement in night before sleep. it was very strong. i was not concentration on the body sensation but enjoying power of attunment. overall no words to describe.

Many thanks for this wonderful divine gift. The attunement was really great. I had received this yesterday evening.

Initially I felt pressure on my crown chakra and then heavy vibrations in my back. I experienced stretching in my back.

After few minutes of this great experience, I did feel meditation state for sometime and then pressure and stretching in my third eye chakra, which was less or more till finishing of attunement.

My gratitude for this nice energy transfer...

The Experience of Level 2 attunement was very good.
i feel energy on my finger tips. then some pressure on my third eye and vibration in all over body and it remains for 15-20 minutes.

With your Kind gift I took Ayurveda Pranashakti Healers
initiation on Thursday morning with my daily workship.

It start with soft energy surrounding to me and light vibration in my back. Then I found increment in energy flow. then i asked myself to connect with Cosmic Egg (Hiranyagrabha) immediately after i felt to connect with powerful energy zone and went into deep meditative state.

At last i felt little udiyan bandh and rising of energy upward and felt like to rise myself upward.

Great and strong Feeling....

At first kindly accept my deep gratitude for this divine gift of Aurveda PranaShakti Healers Initiation... I received this just now...

Initially I felt vibrations in my crown chakra and then I felt very light like I am bodyless. Usually, while meditation I feel pressure on III eye chakra, but at that time no pressure was there, however a little pressure arises after few minutes.

In the whole initiation I felt energy is moving upward from my root chakra to throat chakra... it has ended with little coughing and tingling vibrations in my shoulders...

Dear Deepesh Pradeep Chandresh,
Thanks very much for your feedback. You need to meditate or balance your chakra once or twice a day for 15 minutes. With regular practice you can easily enter into thoughtless awareness i.e. Nirvichara Samadhi. In this state, the constant rising and falling of thoughts in the mind comes to an end; there is no past no future but present only. Your chitta becomes still and a deep inner peace begins to dawn upon our awareness.

At first a gap begins to appear between the thoughts. You need to make conscious efforts to realize/grow/lengthen this gap.

2 days ago I called down Ayurveda Pranashakti Level 2 attunement.First I found left side of my body more active(vibration & other sensation) than right side(calm).Then some unknown smell came to my nose for a moment,though the room was incensed.Head was pressed & vibration was present in whole body.Then noteworthy was third eye chakra.I felt a unique sensation of pulling & pushing the muscles around third eye.It was like I felt during Usui Reiki Master /Teacher attunement.The sensation remained almost a minute or more.Then slowly the energy settled & I finished.

1.Well, sit for regular meditation/self-healing, surrender to the PranaShakti and request her to bring thoughtless awareness to you.
2.Try to be thoughtless through out the day.
Be Watchful about the thoughts, emotions.
Observe the mind’s functioning through actions and speech, also the thinking process within.
3.One important thing forgiveness.
It is extremely necessary to forgive everyone in order to liberate third eye chakra from whatever may be blocking it. Silently and with sincerity forgive everyone. This will open third eye also make you thoughtless. Stephen has posted FORGIVENESS SESSIONS.
