also my system has changed on the intake of food this week.
I feel full quickly. Its like I dont need as much but am wishing I
could get more sleep tho ;
. I also have more energy as well as the needfor doing self Reiki. thank you again.

Received my Master Reiki last Saturday and want to say Thank you i have been under going many changes this week. some cleansing, a need for water and Not Caffeine. ( I drank some coffee this morning because it was cold and now am regretting it.) I dont usualy drink it anyway. but even my diet sodas ...
