I ot attuned to usui reiki I on june 29.3007. But I am not able to experience that continuous flow of energy. Maybe I am missing somthing. Please help me.

Thanks for the attunement. I never had any experience with energy before. I felt slight tingling in my hands. Other than that nothing particular. I think I need more practise. But thanks a lot for introducing me to this area.
