i want to share my experinence. i am feeling havyness in my head and eye from the mornning after my very light yoga pranayam practice. i could not do more pranayam or asanas becoz of dizziness. the time was approx 1:30 or 2 pm from indian time. when i feel haviness. i have just taken my attunement and i m still feeling pain in my head...

one question:
how does a healer send healing energy to the healing request of the forum?
i know this is possible using third symbol but how? thre are so many method given on net.. like make a replica..sending from eye or just through intension.. etc..but i want to know step by step of the method which is quick and easy . i also read always send distance healing after sealing ur own aura ..plzz give me the step by step about this method.
