I really hurt my back and i can barely walk stand or lay down right now. I pulled or tore a muscle in my back. I have been self healing but i really need some hp if anyone could send me some healing energy to my back. Thank you fellow light workers

thank you very much for my attunement. i felt the energy come through my crown chakra and down my spine. it felt pretty strong in my hands for about 10 or 15 minutes.. then i felt very tired and went to sleep
